Thank you for shopping at Azure Tropical. We’re committed to delivering your tropical-inspired fashion pieces safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • High-volume seasons

  • Holidays

  • New product launches

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and product type.
Estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 7–20 business days

  • Canada: 10–25 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days

  • Europe: 10–25 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Most customers receive their order earlier than these estimates.


3. Multiple Shipments

Some items may ship separately to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one package at no extra cost to you.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Azure Tropical is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Reshipping fees may apply.


6. Delays & Customs

Shipping times may be affected by:

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Local postal service issues

Azure Tropical is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Customs fees, if applicable in your region, are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at info@azuretropical.com.

We will assist in locating the package, but we cannot issue refunds for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

We may offer replacements on a case-by-case basis.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
