At Azure Tropical, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags must be attached

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Swimwear
-
Intimates / underwear
-
Bodysuits
-
Accessories (earrings, hair accessories)

Gift cards
-
Made-to-order or print-on-demand items
If a non-returnable item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
Please email us at info@azuretropical.com within 7 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item
We will resolve the issue quickly.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:

3–5 business days for inspection

5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Azure Tropical is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
